Ingredients
  • 2 bunches broccoli…tops only
  • 12 slices crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1 cup shelled sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients into bowl and add the dressing.
  2. Mix well and chill

Ingredients
  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1 jar chucker cherry preserves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced
  • 5 pieces of bacon
  • fresh cracked pepper
  • Cherry Port Sauce:
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon. Demi glace gold
  • 1/4 cup port
  • 1 shallot, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place bacon flat down in baking dish and lay tenderloin on top of bacon. Then spoon cherry preserves on top of tenderloin.
  3. Sprinkle garlic, soy sauce and pepper on tenderloin, as well.
  4. Wrap bacon around tenderloin and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Rub a little olive oil on meat and top with jalapenos.
  6. Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
  7. Cover & reduce heat to 300 degrees, cook 2 hours.
