Ingredients
  • 1 pound cat fish or crappie or any white fish you may have
  • 1 package white corn tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • salt & pepper
  • Sour cream sauce:
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobe sauce
  • fresh lime
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped
  • tropical salsa:
  • shredded red cabbage
  • shredded carrot
  • green onion
  • guacamole
Instructions
  1. Fry tortillas in oil and shape like tacos.
  2. Season fish, grill or fry fish for about 4 minutes. On each side.
  3. Shred fish and put in taco shells along with other toppings.
  4. To make the sauce puree peppers and mix with sour cream, lime and cilantro.
  5. Add sour cream and serve with a tropical salsa.
