Ingredients
- 1 boxed yellow cake mix
- 1 small box banana cream pudding
- milk
- 1-15 ounce can unsweetened pineapple, drained
- 2 cups cool whip
- 1 cup coconut- toasted
Instructions
- Bake yellow cake according to directions on box in 13x 9 inch pan. Let cool.
- Mix pudding with milk till thick. Cover and chill for at least 5 minutes.
- Stir pineapple and pudding together and spread over cake.
- Top with cool whip.
- Sprinkle coconut on top.
- Keep cool till ready to serve.
