Ingredients
  • 1 jar of jalapenos ( any size you want to use)
  • sugar
  • green food color
Instructions
  1. Drain 1 jar of jalapenos into a measuring cup; reserve liquid and note quantity of liquid.
  2. Add liquid to saucepan.
  3. Add an equal amount of sugar to saucepan. ( if there is one cup liquid, add 1 cup sugar.)
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Add 1 drop of green food color.
  6. Add drained jalapenos and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
  7. Return candied peppers to original jar and refrigerate OR put into canning jars and process.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup soft shortening
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
  • 2 3/4 cups sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Mix together and chill
  2. Roll out thick and cut into desired shapes
  3. Place 1 inch apart on lightly greased baking sheet I just use parchment paper
  4. Bake until ,when touched lightly with finger no print remains
  5. When cool decorate as desired.
  6. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes

Ingredients
  • 1 boxed yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box banana cream pudding
  • milk
  • 1-15 ounce can unsweetened pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups cool whip
  • 1 cup coconut- toasted
Instructions
  1. Bake yellow cake according to directions on box in 13x 9 inch pan. Let cool.
  2. Mix pudding with milk till thick. Cover and chill for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Stir pineapple and pudding together and spread over cake.
  4. Top with cool whip.
  5. Sprinkle coconut on top.
  6. Keep cool till ready to serve.
