Ingredients
- 1 pound cat fish or crappie or any white fish you may have
- 1 package white corn tortillas
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- salt & pepper
- Sour cream sauce:
- 1 carton sour cream
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobe sauce
- fresh lime
- 1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped
- tropical salsa:
- shredded red cabbage
- shredded carrot
- green onion
- guacamole
Instructions
- Fry tortillas in oil and shape like tacos.
- Season fish, grill or fry fish for about 4 minutes. On each side.
- Shred fish and put in taco shells along with other toppings.
- To make the sauce puree peppers and mix with sour cream, lime and cilantro.
- Add sour cream and serve with a tropical salsa.
