Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients into a dough.
- Put in refrigerator and chill for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into small balls and put on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Mash each ball really thin with your fingers.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven until brown.
- Watch them closely they should be VERY thin and cook quickly.
