Ingredients
  • 1 package (18.5 ounces) yellow cake mix with pudding
  • 1- 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup (6 ounces) Egg Beaters
  • 1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
  • cooking spray
  • Fat Free Dairy whipped topping
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray 13×9 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Beat cake mix , water, Egg Beaters and yogurt in medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed until well blended: beat an additional 2 minutes on high speed.
  4. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
  5. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
  6. Cut into 12 squares to serve.
  7. Top each square with 2 tablespoons of sliced strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
  8. Serve immediately.
